for sunlight resistance. The Integral Sealing Ring on these Cordgrips ensures a superior seal at the
clearance or threaded mounting hole location, every time. These Cordgrips have the widest range of approved cable diameters. The ratchet design of the sealing nut assembly provides superior anti-vibration protection and ensures a firm grip on the cable. Heyco-Tite Halogen Free V-0 Cordgrips are UL Listed or Recognized under File E51579 and CSA Certified under file 93876C. They are IP 68 rated, approved for NEMA 6 and 6P applications and have a 94V-0 flammability rating.
Heyco's NEW Heyco-Tite Aluminum Liquid Tight Cordgrips
Heyco-Tite Aluminum Liquid Tight Cordgrip, Straight-Thru
available in Straight-Thru and 90° designs with NPT Hubs. The aluminum construction of these parts provides excellent durability and performance for most industrial applications. They can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications to prevent cable pull-out, control arc of bend, and to provide a liquid tight seal against environmental elements such as dirt, moisture, and coolants. These Cordgrips protect cable from damage and pull-out and are used in conduit hubs or knock-outs at the point where the electrical cable is to be terminated.
Heyco-Tight Aluminum Liquid Tight Cordgrip, 90° Angle
The unique design has a combination tightening surface that includes both a hex area and a knurled surface, and includes an anti-friction washer that allows for easier compression. The Heyco-Tite Aluminum Liquid Tight Cordgrips are UL listed under File E51579 and CSA Certified under File 98376C. They are IP 67 rated and approved for NEMA 6 Applications.
Heyco's NEW HEYCap Tapered Caps and Plugs can
both be used as either caps or plugs. Because they are tapered in design and made from highly flexible polyethylene, they not only fit snugly, but are readily removable. While both the Caps and Plugs are for use on MIL Std. and SAE-type tube and hydraulic fittings, the Caps are recommended for use on threaded external NPT fitting hubs and the Plugs are for use on threaded internal NPT fittings and mounting holes.

HEYCaps are red and made of low density polyethylene. They meet Spec MIL-C-5501/7 (MIL-C-52078) and NAS-835.
To support our expanding Metal Cordgrip line, Heyco has added two new locknuts to our locknut range - the 2.5" and 3" Stamped Steel Locknuts. All of our Metal Locknuts are on pages 9 & 15 of this brochure.
We have also added three (3) new Heyco-Tite Brass Liquid Tight Cordgrips to our Brass Cordgrip range - PN 4611 which is a short threaded PG 7 Cordgrip, PN 4604 which is a short threaded M8 Metric Cordgrip and PN 4612 which is an M25 high temperature Metric Cordgrip.
Also included in this brochure is Heyco's expanded line of HEYCo-molded Liquid Tight Break-Thru Plugs for thicker panels up to .250" (6,4mm) thick. These co-molded nylon and elastomer parts function as Liquid Tight Plugs with an IP 67/68 rating, yet can be pierced by round wire, cable or tubing to function as Liquid Tight Bushings with the same resulting IP 67/68 rating. These parts
provide liquid tight closure when used as a plug. When pierced, they function as a liquid tight bushing that converts raw edged holes to smooth, neat, insulated holes. When used as a liquid tight bushing, the HEYCo-molded Liquid Tight Break-Thru Plugs insulate and mechanically protect cable, tubing, hose, rope and utility lines.
