Maintenance Mechanic

The successful candidate will possess: Hands on experience troubleshooting, running diagnostic programs, repairing, and maintaining equipment (ideally Injection Molding and Stamping presses); the ability to perform a wide variety of routine to complex plant maintenance operations, including building repairs, electrical work, and plumbing; solid computer skills in basic Office package; strong communication skills; the ability to work to schedule deadlines and proactively communicate conflicts that may interfere with staying on schedule; a willingness to travel offsite and participate in vendor training as it relates to equipment; and the ability to assist in training of production personnel as required. Hours for this position are Monday-Thursday, 1:00pm-11:00pm.

Mold Mechanic/Set-Up Person

Responsibilities include planning, assembling and disassembling injection molds with multiple components; repairing a wide variety of tools; troubleshooting mold problems on production floor; reporting any problems or damage to components or molds to supervisor; and effectively using toolroom equipment for work involving accurate measurements. Must have HS diploma. Technical ability and prior experience a plus.

Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities include processing requests for samples in a timely manner; preparing shipments including use of mail machine, UPS and Fed Ex workstations; shipping and receiving product; repacking inventory as directed to support customer orders; unloading and verifying receipts by counting, weighing and checking incoming material against packing slips for accuracy; picking orders from pick ticket or scanner & palletizing materials for shipment; use of fork lift or stock picker trucks to support warehouse operations; and fielding calls and communication from customer service related to sample availability and shipment status. Must have HS diploma and experience in a warehouse setting.

Mold Setter

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: achieving fast paced change-over and startup of molds as guided by production schedule; following procedures to optimize the speed and accuracy of physical mold hanging, processing, and delivery of first shot samples; and supporting the Supervisor to ensure that the molding room maintains the highest levels of productivity. Candidate must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and debug basic mold, machine and auxiliary equipment problems effectively. Hours for this position are as follows: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Alternate Wednesdays – 7:00pm-7:00am. While training the hours will be Monday-Friday – 7:00am-3:30pm.
